Developmental descriptors

Describes the skill level expected of trainees at the end of each stage of training. 

These can be used by supervisors to help determine if a trainee is performing at the appropriate standard. 

The Developmental Descriptors are not designed to be an exhaustive list and are not intended to replace a supervisor's best judgement.
