Governance
Board
The RANZCP is governed by a Board of democratically-elected directors, led by the College President.
The Board governs according to the RANZCP Constitution.
Committees
Five committees report directly to the Board:
- Corporate Governance Committee
- Education Committee
- Finance Audit and Risk Management Committee
- Membership Engagement Committee
- Practice, Policy and Partnerships Committee
College committees provide advice and recommendations to the Board within their respective areas of responsibility.
Members' Advisory Council
The Members' Advisory Council provides advice and input.
Branches, Faculties, Sections and Networks
The College's governance structure also includes branches in every state and territory of Australia, as well as a National Office in Aotearoa New Zealand, and our Faculties, Sections and Networks.
