Board
The RANZCP is governed by a Board of democratically-elected directors, led by the College President.
The Board governs according to the RANZCP Constitution.
Committees
Five committees report directly to the Board:
- Corporate Governance and Risk Committee
- Education Committee
- Finance Committee
- Membership Engagement Committee
- Practice, Policy and Partnerships Committee
College committees provide advice and recommendations to the Board within their respective areas of responsibility.
Members' Advisory Council
The Members' Advisory Council provides advice and input.
Branches, Faculties, Sections and Networks
The College's governance structure also includes branches (in New Zealand and every state and territory of Australia), Faculties, Sections and Networks.
