Workload and wellbeing for supervisors, DoTs, and DoATs

Opinion
The College understands that supervisors, Directors of Training (DoT) and Directors of Advanced Training (DoAT) are feeling stretched and under increasing pressure – particularly with current and upcoming changes to the educational program.
To better understand and support you, the College has developed a new survey. This is your opportunity to tell us what’s impacting your time, workload and wellbeing
It is also a chance to share your ideas on what could better support your work and wellbeing in these important roles.
Your responses will help us understand how recent changes are impacting your day-to-day work, generate ideas on how we can better support and promote wellbeing, and inform future decisions.
The survey is anonymous and will take around 6-8 minutes to complete. It will be open until 14 July 2025.
