We are pleased to announce the establishment of a LGBTIQA+ Mental Health Steering Group. This group will play a key role in strengthening our engagement with LGBTIQA+ communities and supporting the creation of environments across the College and broader profession that are safe, welcoming and inclusive.

The Steering Group will provide strategic advice on priorities, allyship, support and targeted initiatives to support LGBTIQA+ College members, staff and consumers we serve.

We are now calling for Expressions of Interest from members with lived experience, expertise, or strong allyship in LGBTIQA+ mental health to help guide our important work.

Applications will close at midnight (AEST) on 25 July 2025.

Positions are available for Fellow/Affiliate members, trainees (Associates), as well as community representatives from the LGBTIQA+ community.
