Receive confidential counselling, support or coaching from qualified professionals, through an independent and external service funded by the RANZCP.
This free service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to all Members including trainees and SIMGs.

About Converge
Converge International is a well established Employee Assistance Program provider. Consultations are available with experienced psychologists, social workers and counsellors who are familiar with healthcare workers' experiences.
This support service is completely separate from the College and provides an additional option to any other employee assistance service you may already have access to through your workplace.
Sessions covered
This service is funded by the RANZCP for up to 4 sessions per year for RANZCP members and their families / whānau.
The Legal Assist service is not available to help with complaints to regulatory bodies.

Specialist support
RANZCP members who are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, Māori, LGBTIQ+, or who are at risk of domestic or family violence can access a specialist support stream offered through Converge.
Data collection
The College receives de-identified statistical data on the use of this service, but no data on individuals.
