On the occasion of International Women's Day 2023, the College is proud to acknowledge and recognize the contributions of women in psychiatry. The theme for this year, #EmbraceEquity, aims to get the world talking about why equal opportunities are no longer enough.

We recently invited some of our members to reflect on gender equity by posing this question: "What does gender equity mean to you, and how can we all work towards achieving better equity in mental health?"
