The Section of Neuropsychiatry (SON) is an RANZCP group that promotes the highest standards in clinical practice, training and research pertaining to neuropsychiatry.
Aims
The Section aims to:
- promote the objectives of the College relating to neuropsychiatry
- advise on training and the regulation of neuropsychiatry
- advance and disseminate research in neuropsychiatry
- contribute to and promote the highest standards of clinical practice.

The chair of the Section of Neuropsychiatry bi-national committee is Prof. Richard Kanaan.
