Dr Mathew Lennon
Matt is currently a Neuropsychiatry Fellow working at the Prince of Wales Hospital. He graduated from medicine at UNSW in 2017 with the University Medal and Class I Honours in Neuroscience. Following completion of his degree he has been working with the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing to explore epidemiological and genetic risk factors for Alzheimer's Dementia and in 2024 completed his doctorate in psychiatry with the Deans List Award. In 2021 Matt finished a Masters of Neuroscience at Oxford University supported by the prestigious Tim Fisher John Monash Scholarship. As part of his work at Oxford University Matt has published some of the largest studies to date examining the link between cognitive decline and traumatic brain injury. He continues to collaborate with a range of international experts on this topic.
