About this webinar
Ahead of the September 2026 launch of the Clinical Competency Portfolio Review (CCPR), we invite you to join us for an overview of the activities and timelines underway to support the CCPR, including developments around OCA/IOCA assessments.
This session will provide practical information to help members better understand the requirements and how the college is supporting supervisors and trainees to navigate these changes.
The Clinical Competency Portfolio Review (CCPR) assessment is a holistic and programmatic approach that evaluates a candidate’s competence through multiple assessment data points over time, conducted by multiple assessors.
Registration information
You will be sent the Zoom link on registration and a reminder on the day.
Key topics
1. Clarifying the requirements for the CCPR assessment, including eligibility, WBA requirements and assessment criteria.
2. Sharing positive news in relation to the recent successful uptake and response to OCA/IOCA training for supervisors.
3. An update on the progress of establishing the Progression Competence Panel which will oversight the CCPR assessment process.
4. Clarifying next steps, including what supervisors and trainees can do to ensure progress with their supervision and training trajectory.
This webinar is essential for trainees, supervisors, educators and anyone passionate about the future of psychiatry training. Please note that a separate session is being organised for trainees to help them formulate the necessary changes and receive tips for successful OCA/IOCA completion.
