Presenter: Dr Calum Smith
Dr Calum Smith is a consultant forensic psychiatrist. He has a been a member of the Binational Forensic Subcommittee of the College since 2020. From April 2018 until November 2021, he worked as a consultant forensic Psychiatrist in NSW, and continues to write private court reports for courts in NSW and other states. Since moving to Western Australia, he has worked for WA Health as a general adult psychiatrist in a variety of roles and sits on the Forensic Subcommittee there. His interests in include risk assessment, systems approaches, and reduction of restrictive practices.
