Logging in with multifactor authentication (MFA)
Whenever you log in to the RANZCP website, you need to verify your identity with multi-factor authentication (MFA) - you might have also seen this referred to as 2 factor authentication or 2FA.
It means using a code sent to your email address, as well as your RANZCP ID and password to log in.
How to log in
- Navigate to the relevant RANZCP webpage or platform you want to access.
- A log in screen will appear.
- Enter your RANZCP ID and password.
- You will be prompted to verify your login with a code.
- Click or tap the ‘Send me the code’ button.
- An email will be sent to the email address you have registered with the College.
- Check your email inbox for the email (you may need to check your Junk or Spam folders if you can’t find it).
- Enter the code into the login screen to verify your login.
- You will be successfully signed in.
Troubleshooting
I didn’t receive the email
MFA codes are sent to one email address which is the primary email address on record with the College.
To update your details or check which email address you have recorded, please contact memberhelp@ranzcp.org or call 1800 337 448 (Australia) 0800 443 827 (New Zealand).
I forgot my password
You can reset your password by choosing ‘Need help signing in?’ then selecting ‘Forgot password’. Changing your password has no impact on MFA. You will be prompted for your verification code in the same way once your new password is entered correctly.
